Tekla was the smallest of 7 girls in her litter of nine, and for the longest time I wasn't considering her, but instead was occupied choosing between a couple of her sisters. One night I woke up, realizing my mistake! I have never regretted keeping this wonderful girl. She has tons of personality and charm and is a constant source of joy!

Tekla has had three litters. She has many really lovely puppies but unfortunately most of them ended up in pet homes. We do not mind putting nice puppies in really good pet homes, but sometimes you wish that a few of them would be actively showing! One puppy from Tekla's first litter was shown and she has done very well - Ch Old Smuggler's Hot Gossip has many group placements, always handled by her owner Roland Dallaire in tough East Coast competition. Holly is also the foundation bitch for Roland & Judy Dallaire's breeding program.

A couple of puppies from Tekla's last litter have started showing as well with much success as youngsters.
